Recipe:
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees
Dry Ingredients:
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tbs baking powder
2 tbs ground flax seed
pinch of salt
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Wet Ingredients:
3 medium bananas (riper is better)
3/4 cup warm almond milk (unsweetened)
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup almond butter
1/4 cup olive oil
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 tbs vanilla extract
Mix wet ingredients in a bowl
Sift together dry ingredients in another bowl
Mix in dry ingredients to wet in thirds until blended - do not over blend
Bake in bread pan for 60 minutes at 350 degrees or until toothpick comes out clean.

coconut butter/milk for almond butter/milk
honey or agave for brown sugar
almond/coconut/rice flour for wheat/AP flour
